Fantástica alternativa para trabajar y disfrutar del cotillo. Ubicación, atención y servicios a la altura de cualquier cuatro estrellas de la isla. La ubicación es de lo mejor y el tamaño de los apartamentos optimo para vacaciones en familia
Michael doesn't keep written promises even on Booking-App, no man of honor
AVOID that apartment at all cost, it saves you lots of troubles! The owner Michael is very unprofessional and egoistic and doesn’t keep even a written agreement on the Booking.com-App (see attached) I was unlucky to get covid early to the stay. I talked to him, he wanted to get the full money but we made the following agreement: If I cancel the apartment for the full price - and if it’s rented again he will refund me the days it’s rented again. I canceled to the full price - and now it’s rented again (Booking.com even confirmed that there is a new booking) - but he REFUSES TO REFUND me anything and just blocked my telephone number. Would I have known this I would have never canceled. I am very disappointed that Michael is not a man of honour. Better DON‘T stay at this apartment - If there will be any problem you can be sure he won’t help but just looks at his own advantage.
